It would count Michigan snowbirds in Florida and Arizona instead of at home, and strip race and ethnicity questions from the census.<\/p>\n<p>Census data guides funding for schools, roads, and hospitals; an incorrect count would have major consequences for understanding who lives in our communities and whether our voting districts represent their residents. It\u2019s crucial that we push back on this proposed rule change, but the deadline to speak up is October 13, which doesn\u2019t give us much time to organize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Join us for on Tuesday,
