The Revised OMB Ethnicity and Race Standards: An Opportunity to Illuminate the Full Diversity of the Latino Population

This webinar will discuss the impact of the new standards on the Latino community and will raise some important concerns that still must be addressed regarding whether the standards will enable us to collect quality data about Afro-Latinos and the full racial diversity of the Latino population. The webinar will also highlight some critical issues as the OMB and the Census Bureau move ahead to put a revised race and ethnicity question in place as the 2030 Census approaches.
