The Rise of Mis/Disinfo: Lessons for the 2030 Census

This webinar will provide a foundational understanding of how misinformation and disinformation emerge during elections and address ways of combating false narratives, which are lessons that can be applied during the lead up to the 2030 Census. Speakers will discuss how to leverage learnings from digital election outreach to inform 2030 Census planning, as well as how to “inoculate” communities that are often the target of bad actors, such as communities of color and/or low-income communities.
